Account disabled during a payout
Payout denied on a technicality about not having two trading days with at least one trade each inside the payout window. Rules are buried in footnotes and a separate operations manual you can only find linked inside the funded account dashboard. Soft breach notice arrived in my inbox after a drawdown touch that my own broker and TradingView never registered on their feeds.
EA flagged without warning
Phase one is practically unreachable with their spreads on majors, which are 1.3 pips at the London open versus the 0.6 their marketing shows.

Dashboard goes down daily
Account was disabled during an active payout request and the only notice I got was a cryptic email about risk review.
Consistency rule saved my account
Rules documentation is a 14-page PDF, not a vibe, and every edge case I asked about was already in there. Reasonable minimum trading days of three let me take payouts on actual market weeks instead of forcing filler trades.
Cleared phase two in nine days
Portal is actually usable on mobile, which matters when a daily loss alert pings during lunch.
Nothing matches the sales page
Rules are buried in footnotes and a separate operations manual you can only find linked inside the funded account dashboard.
Lot sizing rules are sensible
After five payouts the firm bumped my base split to 85 percent and extended the maximum trading days by 30.
Payout invoice went unanswered
Risk desk told me gold was a prohibited symbol only after I had opened a position, despite the firm not listing any prohibitions on the signup page. Platform froze at FOMC for seven minutes and my stop never triggered, which pushed me past the daily loss limit by a hair. Reset refund never arrived after I canceled within the 7-day window; three support tickets later it is still unresolved.
Account breached by a stale quote
Profit split was quietly reduced from 90 percent to 80 percent for new payouts and the policy update was only on their blog. Spreads differ noticeably from the simulator version used during the evaluation; my scalping edge did not survive onto the funded.
Evaluation was tough but honest
Payout invoice generated automatically for my LLC with the right business address pulled from KYC. Reasonable commission schedule on micro NQ at 50 cents per side meant I could actually scalp the 10 point moves profitably.
Funded after one attempt
Second phase blew by in three sessions once I accepted their lot sizing rule as a sanity check. Allowed overnight gold holds through CPI week provided I kept size below the news-trading cap, which was clear.
Support slow but accurate
Fills on gold futures were decent during London but slipped noticeably in the thin Asian session right before Sydney open.

Phase one simple, phase two brutal
Portal looks like it was designed in 2015 but the actual information you need is there once you learn where to click.
Swing account suited my style
My phase one target of eight percent took nine trading days and I never came within half of the daily loss limit. Payout cycles can be requested every 14 days, which fit my strategy of swing holding through macro events rather than overnight scalping.
Payout denied on technicality
Rules forbid news trading but the news calendar they publish misses roughly one in five scheduled central bank speeches. An entire payout cycle was skipped because they moved the cutoff date by 48 hours and my request landed on the wrong side of it. Risk team was openly hostile over a gold trade on the day of a central bank meeting, even though gold news was not on their calendar.
Payout cut without explanation
Risk desk ignored my three appeals on a weekend hold that was explicitly allowed in the version of the rules I signed up under. Dashboard showed wrong equity for an entire week after a platform update, and the risk team said the dashboard was advisory. News trading violation was never explained beyond a one-line notice; I was in the position 20 minutes before the release.
25k account to 100k
Firm respects their own posted rules which sounds trivial until you have been burned by one that did not.
Add-on balance worked as advertised
Added a 50k account on top of my existing 100k with no requirement to pass another evaluation first. Challenge was passable with a conservative swing approach on indices, not just high-frequency scalping. Risk desk emailed me a chart showing exactly where my trailing drawdown stood, which I have not seen anywhere else.
Support chat is bots only
Consistency rule was used as an excuse to pay out only 60 percent of my first withdrawal with no clear math on how they got there. Daily loss was calculated using floating equity down to the tick, including spreads at the exact moment of a news release. Account was disabled during an active payout request and the only notice I got was a cryptic email about risk review.
Spread markup eats small accounts
Spread widening at news releases is sharper than their simulator suggested, which cost me the first phase on a payroll day. Portal has decent trade statistics but misses commission costs, so you have to export to CSV to see your real net.

Platform latency cost me the funded
Challenge reset was still charged to my card after I had been told via chat that it would be waived for a verified payment issue.
News trading violation never explained
Payout denominated in a stablecoin that the processor cannot actually settle to Coinbase or Kraken, so my funds sat for a week.

Phase two targets inflated
Spreads doubled at every scheduled release, turning what should have been a 2 pip trade into a 5 pip trade with no recourse. Payout denominated in a stablecoin that the processor cannot actually settle to Coinbase or Kraken, so my funds sat for a week.
News trading window is tight
Reasonable firm overall but their marketing suggests a much better experience than you actually get at the funded account stage. Scaling plan is clearly written but requires you to maintain a specific win rate, which is a strange ask for strategies that depend on big winners.

Hedge rule triggered without hedging
After I passed phase two with an EA, they demanded a manual verification trade of a very specific setup, which is not in any rule I signed. Hedge rule triggered a soft breach when I was not even hedging; I had two uncorrelated positions on different symbols. Live feed is off from TradingView by one tick at random, which is enough to trigger a stop that should not have been hit.
Challenge priced like a scam
Rules changed mid-challenge when they introduced a new consistency rule and backdated it two weeks, invalidating my phase two profit.
Consistency rule used as excuse
Support chat is bots only, and getting a human requires emailing a specific inbox that answers in two to five business days. Trailing drawdown never stopped trailing even after I hit a 15 percent profit buffer, which is not what the contract page describes. Spreads differ noticeably from the simulator version used during the evaluation; my scalping edge did not survive onto the funded.
Live feed off from TradingView
Minimum trading days moved up from three to five after I had already structured my strategy around the posted number. Challenge was priced attractively at a holiday sale but the reset fee is permanent at $179, so a single bad day cost more than the entry.
Dashboard showed wrong equity
Risk desk closed my account over a swap charge on a Thursday swing position that pushed drawdown by $12 for 20 seconds overnight.

Fills missing on evaluation account
Hidden rule killed my funded account when they decided copy trading between my own two funded accounts was unauthorized.
Daily loss calculated incorrectly
Platform latency during the first minute of the cash open cost me my funded account on a trade that would have been profitable at my broker. Trailing drawdown killed my funded account at 2am when an Asian spike hit floating equity for 90 seconds and the dashboard never showed it.

Dashboard works, journal weak
Decent risk desk but you have to escalate twice to get a senior reviewer, and the junior staff mostly read from a script. Instant funding tier at 10k feels thin once you realize the trailing drawdown is 4 percent and the profit target is 8 percent.
Suspended for copy trading disclosure
Trailing drawdown killed my funded account at 2am when an Asian spike hit floating equity for 90 seconds and the dashboard never showed it.

Reset refund never arrived
EA was flagged as a prohibited strategy with no warning, despite me having submitted the backtest during the funded onboarding. Hidden rule killed my funded account when they decided copy trading between my own two funded accounts was unauthorized.
Risk team hostile over gold trade
Phase two targets were inflated by a hidden consistency check that calculates on daily P&L rather than cumulative P&L.
Consistency rule bit me hard
A moderately useful dashboard that shows your trailing drawdown but does not alert you when you cross a key threshold.

Trailing drawdown killed my account
Platform froze at FOMC for seven minutes and my stop never triggered, which pushed me past the daily loss limit by a hair. Support chat is bots only, and getting a human requires emailing a specific inbox that answers in two to five business days. Rules are buried in footnotes and a separate operations manual you can only find linked inside the funded account dashboard.
Trailing never stopped trailing
Challenge is priced like a scam at $249 for a 50k account when competitors offer the same product for under $150.
Weekly payouts land on time
Three month payout streak intact and the firm added a new 500k tier that I actually qualify for. Weekly consistency reports from the risk team actually helped me tighten my position sizing on NQ.
Account disabled during a payout
A completely routine daily loss touch on a Wednesday was flagged as a hard breach because of a dashboard sync delay to the risk team. Payout was cut by 25 percent without explanation beyond a vague reference to a consistency metric that is not disclosed to traders. A pending order on gold was treated as a filled position for drawdown purposes, which is nowhere in the written risk policy.
Scaled from 50k to 200k
Risk team gave me a 10 minute call to explain why a weekend hold was risky even though technically allowed.
Dashboard goes down daily
Live feed is off from TradingView by one tick at random, which is enough to trigger a stop that should not have been hit. Weekend hold rule was enforced retroactively on a Friday EURUSD position that I had held open since Tuesday without warning.
Rules buried in footnotes
After passing the challenge in six days they held my funded account for a 14 day review period that was not disclosed up front. Challenge reset was still charged to my card after I had been told via chat that it would be waived for a verified payment issue.
Account closed after passing
Account was closed one week after I passed phase two, with an email saying I had violated an undisclosed internal risk metric.
Hedging allowed without penalty
Scaled from 50k to 200k over four payout cycles and the scaling criteria were spelled out before I started. After two failed attempts elsewhere, their 25k evaluation finally felt winnable without stunt-sized risk.
Risk desk gave useful feedback
Weekly consistency reports from the risk team actually helped me tighten my position sizing on NQ. Passed the 50k evaluation in six trading days using NQ scalps and the payout landed in my wallet within 48 hours.
Payout invoice went unanswered
After requesting a payout of just over $5000 they sent an additional KYC request for a notarized document that cost me $85 to obtain. Reset refund never arrived after I canceled within the 7-day window; three support tickets later it is still unresolved. Payout processor rejected my bank with no explanation and they offered no alternative beyond trying the same bank again next cycle.
Payout fine, platform laggy
Phase one at a 6 percent target is reasonable but the 10 percent trailing drawdown feels tighter than it should given the target. Consistency rule bit me when a single news day did 42 percent of my total profit and reduced my first payout accordingly.
Slippage ate my profit target
Suspended for a copy trading disclosure after I truthfully answered a question about whether I run a signal service on the side. Rules forbid news trading but the news calendar they publish misses roughly one in five scheduled central bank speeches.
Second attempt finally funded
Risk desk emailed me a chart showing exactly where my trailing drawdown stood, which I have not seen anywhere else. Scaling trigger at 10 percent profit plus two payouts was clearly posted on the dashboard the day I signed up.
