Why we exist

Trustworthy reviews shouldn't be this hard to find. Search for almost any brand and you'll wade through ads, affiliate roundups, and star ratings nobody can explain.

RatedVoices is the opposite of that. Real reviews from real customers, one brand per page, nothing hidden behind a paywall. If a company is great, you'll see why. If it isn't, you'll see that too.

What you'll find here

Hundreds of thousands of brands across every category we could reasonably cover — shops, airlines, banks, software, home services, insurers, you name it. Every brand has its own page, its own star rating, and its own set of honest reviews from the community.

Who runs RatedVoices

We're an independent team. No parent brand pays our bills, and no business can buy its way onto the site or up the rankings.

There are no sponsored placements. No pay-to-rank. No "promoted" badges tucked next to the stars. If a brand sits at the top of a category, it's because real customers put it there.

How we treat your reviews

Your words belong to you. We publish them as written, and we don't let a business delete a review just because it stings. If something breaks our guidelines — personal attacks, obvious spam, made-up claims — we'll take it down and tell you why.

Businesses are welcome to reply, and we encourage it. A thoughtful response often tells you more about a company than the review itself.

Privacy, in plain English

We don't sell your data. We don't run ad trackers across the web. The only two cookies we set are rv_session (so you stay signed in) and rv_user (so we can say hi by name at the top of the page). That's the whole list.

Help us keep it honest

RatedVoices only works because people like you take a minute to share what happened. A good experience, a bad one, a weird one — it all helps the next person decide.

If you spot something that looks fake, a brand that's playing games, or a review that crosses the line, flag it. We read every report.
